Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
During sales, festive seasons, or high order volumes, dispatch timelines may be slightly delayed.

Within India: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–15 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or message.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. PureSoul will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address or contact information.

Damaged or Defective Products

We request customers to inspect their package carefully upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, an unboxing video is compulsory for claim verification.

The video must:

Start before opening the package
Clearly show the sealed parcel
Clearly display the shipping label
Show the complete unboxing process without cuts or edits
Clearly display the damaged or defective item

Claims raised without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted for replacement, exchange, or refund.
